RETURN, REFUND, CANCELLATION POLICY
A step-by-step refund guide:-
Step 1:- Not Happy with our food item v/service, no problem. Just give us a call at our customer care number 9973620590 or email us at [email protected] in within the day after you have received the food item/service. When you call/email us for the refund please mention your reason for the refund. That way it becomes easy for us to understand our customers better.
Step 2:-As soon as your refund order has been filed with us, there are two options:- a) either you return the food item yourself b) or we will arrange for a pick up from the same address to which the food item/service was shipped.
Step 3:- Once the food item reaches our warehouse, we will inspect the food item and once our inspection team confirms that the food item received is in acceptable condition, as dispatched from our warehouse, we will either replace your food item or give you a gift voucher for the same amount (whatever you opt for). We will also refund the shipping charges (if applicable) when you return the food item.
In case you do not want to opt for the gift voucher for the amount of refund or the exchange food item, such amount shall then be refunded as you paid for the food item/service. If the payment was made by Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking, we will refund the money to your Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking account respectively*.
Important Points:-
• Refund process will be initiated once we receive the food items.
• If you cancel your order before the ordered items are confirmed, through a mail/call, you can have your entire money refunded in less than 3-4 business days.
